Terms and Conditions

Version: v2.2.0

The following terms and conditions apply to the competition. The organiser is 2media GmbH, Frikartstrasse 5, 4800 Zofingen, acting on behalf of Clark Switzerland AG, Frikartstrasse 5, 4800 Zofingen, and Finturis GmbH, Baarerstrasse 78, 6302 Zug.

1. Participation

  1. Participation is limited to natural persons with full legal capacity residing in Switzerland who are 18 years of age or older (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “participants”). Participation in the competition is free of charge and non-binding. The promotion ends no later than 30.11.2025.

  2. The grand prize is a GA Travelcard, 2nd class, from SBB. In addition, up to 1,500 free tax declarations or reviews of already issued tax assessments will be awarded. The allocation is made in the order of received registrations: every second contest participant will receive a free tax declaration or review of an already issued tax assessment, as long as the quota of 1,500 has not been used up. In the event of winning a free tax declaration or review of an already issued tax assessment, winners will be contacted and informed immediately (usually within 1 to 3 working days). Winning a free tax declaration or review of an already issued tax assessment does not exclude participation in the draw for the grand prize. The grand prize will be determined at the end of the promotion period by random selection.

  3. Prizes are personal and non-transferable. Non-cash prizes will not be paid out in cash. Any additional costs to claim a prize, in particular collection, travel or shipping costs, shall be borne by the winners (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “winners”).

  4. Participation in the competition is possible during the period published by the organiser. Multiple registrations are not permitted and will result in exclusion from the competition. The winners will be drawn from among the participants. The draw for the main prize will take place within ten working days after the closing date for participation. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited without substitution.

  5. Winners will be informed by the organiser via a direct communication channel, in particular by e-mail and telephone. Furthermore, the organiser will not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition. The organiser may publish the names of winners, in particular on its website and on social media platforms.

2. Data Protection

  1. The organiser is subject to Swiss data protection law and provides information about the processing of personal data and the rights of data subjects in its Privacy Policy.

  2. Participants' data will be used by 2media GmbH in connection with the competition and any potential newsletter distribution.

  3. Additionally, the data will be used to enable contact from the competition organisers for advice and mediation related to financial and insurance products. The recipients of personal data are also specified in the Privacy Policy. Participants may object to such contact at any time. Participation in the competition is also possible without such contact. Participants who do not wish to be contacted from the outset can alternatively enter by email at support@2media.ch with the same chances of winning. The email must specify the desired prize.

3. Final Provisions

  1. The competition is not sponsored, organised, or supported by Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or other social media platforms. Participants release the social media platforms where the competition is advertised or conducted from all liability. Platform operators are neither organisers nor sponsors of the competition and assume no responsibility for its execution, the provision of prizes, or any damages related to the competition. The sole contact and responsible party is the organiser.

  2. Participants who violate these terms and conditions or applicable laws may be excluded from the competition at any time, even retrospectively, without further explanation.

  3. The organiser may amend these terms and conditions at any time or terminate the competition early. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of participation will apply.

  4. Legal recourse is excluded. Participation in the competition is subject exclusively to Swiss law, with the place of jurisdiction at the organiser's registered office.
